1. Vertigo is a type of dizziness
2. Other dizziness include presyncopal faintness, disequilibrium and non-specific or ill-defined light headedness.

                                                        the otolith organ( saccule, utricle)-> linear motion






















4. Spinning sensation-> an abnormality of the semicircular canals or the CNS structures that process signals from the semicircular canals.
    Illusory sensation of floating or tilting-> an otolith system disorder

日式基礎鬆餅

[材　料] 

  1.蛋4個、細砂糖150公克 

  2.中筋麵粉200公克 

  3.沙拉油2大匙、牛奶2大匙

[做　法]

 (1)將材料1置入大碗內，以打蛋器拌打至泡沫細緻光滑狀。

 (2)將中筋麵粉過篩後加入拌勻。

 (3)材料3亦加入拌勻，靜置約10分鐘。

 (4)平底鍋抹一層薄油，以小火加熱，倒入一匙的麵糊，兩面煎至金黃即可。

 全蛋必須以打至泡沫細緻，以打蛋器撈取會滴垂的程度。
